Thanks to our close, long-term relationships with professionals in the field of rehabilitation, our underwater treadmill is very intuitive to operate and can be used by anyone who undertakes our training. The controls can be learned very quickly, allowing you to focus on enjoying your work.
 
If the training isn’t enough for you, don’t worry, each treadmill comes with a very detailed manual on how to use everything correctly. And as a bonus you’ll get access to a video manual as well!
The warranty service is provided by our technical department. The after-warranty service is set up according to the customer’s requirements (service contract, telephone agreement before servicing). It is possible to provide a service contract that offers support within 2 / 3 / 5 working days, depending on how quickly you need us to respond.
Yes, of course. Just contact us to make an appointment at our showroom in Prague or another reference site in your area.
 
 
The time it takes us to manufacture and deliver our underwater treadmills depends on the production load. Usually it takes 2 months, however, we do keep some models in stock.
In this case, we can offer you a long-term rental of the underwater treadmill, to help optimise your cash flow in the early stages of your operation.
